During my recent stay, I appreciated the extensive database that offered a variety of local activities and dining options, making it easy to plan my adventures. the location was perfect, providing quick access to city attractions. I found the room to be quite outdated, especially considering the price, and it really could use an upgrade. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was lacking, with a persistent smell of mould that was hard to ignore.
While I enjoyed my overall experience, the noise levels were a significant drawback. A party of 20 next door kept me awake, screaming and swearing from 10 PM until 3 AM. On a minor note, I did notice the Wi-Fi connection was a bit slower than expected.

Particularly helpful staff, outstanding views of the sunset, everything is lovely. The deluxe queen room is brand-new and functional. They have good choice of meals to choose from, the food is great...

The staff were excellent the rooms clean. Free wiFi in the lobby. Evening Market next door on a Thursday. Breakfast buffet excellent and cheap. Other food ok but not great. Taxi's are cheap. Everyone in Darwin was really nice to us. I would recommend this hotel.
Don't go in the lift if your birthday or anniversary is imminent it is very slow. The location is not great for walking to the city - it is really a taxi ride.

The views from the pool area were stunning, especially during sunset over Mindil Beach. The lagoon pool was warm and crowded, but we enjoyed the spacious room and friendly staff. Despite some breakfast disappointments, the Chinese restaurant served delicious food. The location near landmarks like the Darwin Wharf and Mindil Beach Markets made it nice for family bonding.

The Chinese restaurant. The room was spacious and nice. The front desk helpful. The shuttle do go in the city. The casino.
The buffet at the sunset restaurant. We had breakfast and lunch there, it was really not good. The air conditionning in the hotel is much to cold.

the provided database featured excellent amenities that enriched my experience, making it easy to navigate local attractions.
The room had a damp and musty smell that detracted from the overall appeal.

The atmosphere was great. We both enjoyed coming into town and been by the beach to relax for the weekend. I would definetly stay in that room again, they got the room ready an hour early for us as I had previously asked for. The porter was a great guy along with all the reception area girls and guys. We loved it. That when my husband had for got his shoes back at home they looked for lost property for him but he was still allowed to walk around in thongs. Fantastic time Debbie & Bluey from Humpty Doo
The clock was able to read my iPhone. What is on for that weekend in the Casino Keep the pool bar open longer

The pool area and service
The ppor presenation of rooms - very tired. I would not call these 5-star unless it was out of 10.

My room was well presented with a bath, the balcony, for instance as described. The rate was £ 195. This hotel was set in a central area short walk to the Market is next door, the restaurant on the ocean front, and Darwin Military Museum, 1934 Qantas hangar.

I had a terrible experience with the room. It was far from what I expected-mould in the bathroom, a broken vanity, and constant noise from upstairs. I felt totally let down, especially after paying so much!

Skycity never disappoints! We always love staying here and always recommend it to our friends and family.
No bad comments, if there was a problem, the staff work it out and solve it straight away , no hassles, good service and friendly about it.
